Default Looking at an 08 Duramax with a starting problem.

So I've been in the truck market for a couple of months now and recently stumbled upon an 08 Duramax with 117k that has a starting problem. I went to look at it today and scanned it with my little handheld, it came up with a low fuel rail pressure code and wouldn't start. As far as I can tell this is the only thing wrong with it and they are selling it for only 14k so I was wondering how much it's going to be to fix any problems associated with low rail pressure and whether or not they should be a deal breaker.

Sounds good, I'm kinda torn between this and an extended cab gas truck. The price is great, but I don't know if I totally need a diesel.

The DIESEL will give you more HP, TQ, HIGHER resale value, last longer

Sounds good, wanted to come here b/c this would be my first diesel. I figured it would be a good buy b/c I'll be moving 4 times in the next couple of years (2 cross country) and hauling around my Trans Am.

I'm gonna go back up there and get more details this week (DTC code, conditions, and how it drives) so I'll be back with more questions.
