Im fixing to do the egr delete and change the oil cooler, iv looked at a few package deals on ebay and there like $660. I thought about buying the cooler and delete seprate but i didnt knows exactly what gaskets and o-rings ill need? Should i buy seprate or the package. I just want to keep the cost low as i can.

 

Seperate is usually cheaper. Which delete setup you going with? RCD's kits can be had for under $200 shipped on ebay. The oil coolers go for $225-$250 all day long on there.

 

RCD is what I had originally planned but then again if I buy the delete kit and the cooler separate where can I get all the o-rings and gaskets?

 

What o-rings and gaskets are you looking for? The EGR delete the only gaskets you MAY need are the intake manifold gaskets. They're supposed to be reusable, but some trucks with higher mileage not so much.

I believe all of the o-rings or gaskets you'd need for the oil cooler come with it, but I may be wrong on that. I'm sure you can get the gaskets from Ford.

Maybe someone else can post what you'd need if they've done the job recently.

 

or you can do what mdub does and let the dealer work on it and keep it for half of its life and still make payments on it!!!!!

BTW this jagaloon above me can get you EGR deletes too, I keep forgetting you guys have those now.

 

It is the intake gaskets and gaskets forvthe oil cooler, where's the best place to buy everything? Any vendors that have good deals

 

I'd stick with Ford parts personally. I dont think the intake gaskets cost much at all. The rest should just be o-rings.
