To Tint.......Or Not To Tint

Heres my next dilemma, should i tint the fronts on my truck and risk "fix it" tickets or just leave the fronts factory, heres pics of both (photoshopped tinting)

yeah, id go to a professional place here called Timms Tint, he does AWESOME work, heres a pic of a buddies diesel after he tinted it out (his old truck is up top, new truck bottom)

i already got the center cap........if you saw my new tire pics youd have noticed that

also, how dark do i tint them....im leaving rear windows stock at this time so do i just match the fronts to the rears?
