Question frame and body rust...

ok i have a NY truck... i have accidentily put my hand through the cab corner. any suggestions for stipping the rust off and protecting the frame. also where can i find good rocker pannels and cab corners without breaking the bank. any help or suggestions are welcome... thanks guys

i know it... when i bought it it had a nice new coat of paint on the frame, until i pressure washed it to get the salt off... im just having horable luck right now with her...

actually i was coating the rockers and cab corners when i found my hand inside the metal... so i found the cab cornders and the rockers, with the undercoatment spray...

but what about the frame... should i sand blast it... or just scrape and use a wire brush... painting it isnt going to be a problem...
