Default Exhaust Brake with Twins

Does anyone know if I can use my exhaust brake as my hotpipe on a twin turbo setup?

Heavy modification will be required to get the angle and drop length correct, plus adding a flange to the bottom of it.

Well mine is a jakebrake and it has and angle already, but not a full 90 degree
