04 duramax with power surg

all injectors ok, fuel pump checks ok, but sounds like its breathing. goes away when theres a load on it. can figure it out.

check regulator pump on the engine does it lope like a gas chevy enginw (like having a cam in it)...mine loped around and i had the pressure regulator replaced and it fixed it
