How does Zexel (Bosch) VE Covec-F diesel distrubutor pump work

This forums seems great when it comes to VE pumps, I have been googling around and it's very hard to find info on the Zexel VE Covec-F pump.

This is a electronically operated pump, sitting in a 99 Hyundai 2,5 D (4D56) engine

I'm most interested in how the spool and actuator in the top work....

I got a prosject with connectors respliced, and probably a faulty pump.
The pump is sucking fuel, but no fuel to injectors... (With power to stop solenoid)

Don't think this pump have a limp home mode fuction if the actuator are faulty, ore have no power.

Any tip is helpfull...
