Default torque spec question

I got two torque specs for the head stud bolts on a lb7 one is 1step 37lbft 2step 59 lbft 3rd step 90 degrees 4th step 75 degrees the other is 1step 37 lbft 2step 59 lbft 3rd step 60 degrees 4th step 60 degrees. Which one is right. Now i think the first one is for the original gasket design and the second set is for the newer gasket design but im not sure. Someone let me know what is what.Thanks......

The service manual for my LLY say 1)37ft/lbs, 2) 59ft/lbs, 3) 60 degrees, 4) 90 degrees.
Hope this helps.
