'02 Making some rattle noise under load ONLY!!

got an '02 in the shop, runs great, but ONLY under load it has a rattling noise by driver side. It almost has the sound of bad valve adjustment, or sticking lifter. This only happens when driving the truck, not reving it up in park or neutral?? Any help??

oh ya it has 350K+ on it, used for towing dump trailer.

sounds like you have injector rattle, maybe have a bad injector.... i would get the balance rates checked out

the valves can go out of adjustment. its best to get t adjusted when you get your injectors changed.

when i got to mine they were over 3 times the oem clearence
