burning more then diesel

my 06 6.0l is burning mad amounts of coolant white smoke everywhere! still lots of power until it over heats. please help

Either egr cooler or head gaskets. When you shut it off and let it sit does it act like its hydro locked when you try to crank it over?

it still cranks over everytime no problems. after i shut it off however i can hear a gurgling noise like the antifreeze is draining somewhere but not leaking anywhere outside.

egr cooler is bad leaking in the exhaust and burning it

without installing a delete kit at this time is that an easy fix?

YOu can either remove and delete the cooler. Or replace the cooler. It sets under the passenger side of the intake manifold in the valley of the engine.
