Question Turbo Boost Pressure Low

I have a 1999 Ford F350 Super Duty with 7.3 w/ turbo. I took the truck to ford for a diagnostic check and was told that number 1 and 6 injector needed to be replaced. I replaced both injectors and know the following codes come up: P1247 P1391 P1393 P1396
Can someone please tell me what I need to fix the problem. There is no exhaust leaks I did notice that one of the blue boots has a very small crack in it but not all the way thru. There is no smoke out of the exhaust. just does not have the same power when we got the truck. It has 181,000 miles on it. PLEASE HELP::tu

P1247 Turbo Boost Pressure Low

Check to make sure you reconnected all the hoses and sensors. I would suspect the MAP sensor is not connected. Also check the up pipes and make sure they are not leaking.

P1391 Glow Plug Circuit Low Input Bank No. 1(Right)

P1393 Glow Plug Circuit Low Input Bank No. 2 (Left)

P1396 Glow Plug Monitor Fault Bank No. 2

Sounds like you must have a Excursion or a Cali emission rig? Your glow plug controler is out, or you have a bad connection at the GPM...

Not the best picture, but the white arrow is the MAP sensor, follow it to the Y pipe that comes off the turbo (behind that red plate in the picture)

I dont have a picture of a glow plug controler... but here is the glow plug relay... They are in the same location.

The tail of the red arrow is the GPR, the one in front is the intake air heater relay...

See the picture above... Look at the tail of the red arrow. That is the glow plug relay, you have a glow plug controller, but its in the exact same location. Its a box about 2.5" by 3.5", black with two connectors... cant miss it as its the only thing down there in the location I just described.
