a friend of mine is lokking to sell his 06 f350 to me. the truck is a 4 door sport package xlt 8foot bed with about 70000 on it. xtras on it are ready lift leveling kit with micky thompson classic 2s 305 bfg allterains stainless steel mbrp 4in exhasut and he just ordered a araid intake. just got arp head studds installed 2 weeks ago. what do you think this truck is worth money wise? im lookin to get it and to replace my 03 dmax

 

If it is a 6.0 I would run, not walk away !!!

 

haha i thought head studs were the biggest problem with the 6.0s

 

The biggest problem is the EGR system. Delete that(or get an aftermarket system) and with the headstuds you should be fine. I personally think its a good engine but it needs a few things done to it right off that bat to be reliable. Good luck.

With the EGR delete and Studs the 6.0 is a great motor.
