Default 1998 24v wait to start problems

not getting any power out of wait to start solenoids, has power from battery side but not other side of solenoid and wait to start light on dash doesn't even stay on for a second..Any Ideas??? Thanks Aaron

Default some help

The information I have says that the wait to start light is activated through the ECM using the intake air temp sensor as a reference. If the temp outside is below 66 degrees the lamp will remain lit and it will activate the solenoids until the preheat cycle is over.The light should remain on during the cycle.Hope this helps>
