It's for my garbage truck, 8.3 engine, Crane Carrier.

Takes about 40 turns on the ignition key in the morning to even get the "lights" to come on, then some clicking, then it starts.

Once the vehicle has started and runs for awhile, you can turn it on and off all day long with no issues.

Does this sound like something in particular(starter, soleinoid)?
