I just bought a 01 and did not notice it did not have the cruse on it till i was on my way home with the truck. so how hard and how much cash will it take to add this opp?

 

hmm, you will have to get new lever on the steering column and run some wires into the tcm.ecm.

id have to look on the schematic

 

any body had a chance to look up any thing on this

so if i get oem switch is it just a plug and go deal

 

According to that company - yes. You may want to phone them and verify before ordering such an expensive part though.

 

I got my cruise woking to day all i needed was the new turn switch with cruise on it. $250 from parts house $40 dollars from local junk yard. I did some checking and a gasser has the same switch 99-02 as my 01. Thanks for all the in put.
