Default Turbo oil return block elbow

How is that oil line fitting in the block connected? (located below the oil filter, pointing upward, the oil return from the turbo connects to it) Is it threaded or pressed. I have a oil leak there and It was either the clamp being loose or this fitting. I need to check it out, but I don't know how to take it off.

Is there an O ring at the top of the threads? Do these leak very often?

Sorry to revive an old thread, but i am having troubles with this. How do you get it out? Can you rotate it so it points towards the back of the block?
