anyone know any good 12 valve techs

hey there im looking for a good 12 valve tech in tucson az who knows what they are doing on a 12 valve can anyone help

doin the timmin i pulled my plate out i was runnin a # 5 all the way foward and its not running any different, but at 2,000 RPMS it making a weird noise at the pump with 20pounds of psi.

should i put my plate back it, it runs good and fast with the #5 in it but i want more out of it
