on the hose from the turbo to intercooler then hose from intercooler to intake horn. also might be a vacuum leak but i'd go with boost leak.

Will it mess anything up without tuning it right away because its tuned to run with #5 plate. And how big is too big for injectors i have 145hp in it now i was thinking 250hp

Sounds like a boost leak. Maybe a boost or vac leak from the afc. Check it out.
