Default Leak ?

I so i just put in a new boost gauge and dont get more then 9psi WOT on the freeway
Its an isspro gauge.
Any ideas why? Im pretty sure i installed it right. it was simple and the line is not kink whats the normal boost reading, ?

also looking in my engine i noticed a Vacuum or something.. a hose was just laying there and looked around and couldnt find out where it went.. any info on where it goes would be very helpful

Here is a pic of the loose Vacuum line.. its the line in red

That or you could drill and tap the intake manifold

haha no i found my boost leak, thanks for the pic! its in the right spot.... but still dont know where the vacuum hose goes.... and goes off to a T .. one end is open and suppose to go somewhere i think... other end goes to the brake booster hose and the last part of it goes to the vacuum warning sensor...

it go's to the booster and the other end go's up to the cowl and does your 4wd stuff, transfer case and locks in the front end
