Default no fuel!!!!

i just got my truck back together... again!!!!!!! when i go to drive it.... it will not spool up turbo and i believe its a fuel issue. i have 4gsk 60lb springs 191'dv's 75 horse injectors, pulse manifold airdog2 165 64/71/14 turbo.. i just changed out the over flow valve an still nuthing feels like the fuel is just by passing the ofv, is this normal the trucks starts an runs fine, but is not gettin enough fuel to spool turbo wtf

yeah. it goes from the intake manifold-plate-thing to the back of the afc. if there's no pressure there, the afc lever won't move forward and it won't fuel much. I'd double check that little line, make sure its not leaking or kinked. What plate are you running?
