ok well i have a 95 cummins motor im putting into a chevy i need to find out the best way of running battery cables and wat batterys i should buy and where to get the best set of cables

 

group 65s or 27s. Interstate MTP65s would be the best, but your budget will determine it. Thats without spending a **** ton of cash on optimas or odysees.
Build your own cables, buy the wire in bulk from your local parts house and use solder pellets with copper terminals.
I'd advise leaving the batteries in the engine compartment. I put mine in my toolbox and regret it.

The cable was expensive as hell, more spots for grounds to fail, and getting strong positives to everything that needs them.
