Default stacks...

so ive been doing a little hw into it and right now i cant afford to do stacks since i blew a head gasket but i wanted to see how bad the in cab noise is when u do 5 inch aussie or bull horn tips on the 6.0 w/o any mufflers...i really dont care how loud it is outside but i talk on the phone in my truck every now and then and it would be nice to not have to scream to talk...any feed back or vids would be amazing (im looking at the grandrock or silverline kits)

I've got 6" mitres on mine. Outside is a little quieter, but a MUCH better tone. Inside can be very annoying at times. I have no cat or muffler, it's the full MBRP 4" turbo back to the stacks in the bed. I like the sound, but if you're towing a trailer or something with a load on it, it's hard to talk to someone in the passenger seat sometimes. Once up to speed though it's quiet like stock.

I'm sellin my 6" mitres. I love them and in a crew cab noise isn't an issue.

i have a 5" exhaust to 6" stacks. no cat, no muffler. its not bad inside just cruising down the highway, but hauling/pulling a heavy load or pulling a hill it's pretty loud insideand can be hard to hear the passenger at times like Mdub707 says
