oil for kubota tractor
As Service Manager for a large equipment rental company for 15 years, I have used Shell Rotella T, Mobile Delvac, and Chevron Delo 400. All equipment (including Kubota)was tested with scheduled oil sampling, and the results were the same. The only oil that I know of that will screw with a sample is Penzoil due to a high copper content. If this oil is known during the SOS, then it does not even it show a problem. In short, use a well-known brand that is Diesel rated. You will be OK.
You can run pretty much any brand oil you like. Depending on the engine (and year), the service manuals typically call for a CD grade oil. The weight of the oil is climate dependant, but 15-40 has always been a good standby
