Default FASS or AirDog with dual tanks...

I am looking into an aftermarket fuel lift pump system for my Fummins but I've run into a little bit of a hitch...at least in my mind anyway.

I have a 1993 Ford F-250 with dual rear tanks and was wondering if a FASS or AirDog will work with my factory tank selector switch. I'm not positive what the pickup line sizes are running into and out of the switch, but looking at all the "big line" and "draw straw" setups to help support the fuel delivery rate of the pumps, I'm concerned that perhaps the pump may not be able to pull enough through the factory setup. I'd still like to be able to select tanks and have both gauges and returns work properly, etc etc.

Does anyone have any experience putting an aftermarket lift pump system on a truck with dual tanks? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
