ok my buddy just got him an 01 cummins i changed my airdog out for the new fass platinim 150 and he is gonna run the same fass on his, his truck has the stealership intank pump converstion along with the lift pump on the block running i have never seen this but anyways what straw kit is the best to put in the tank and should we bypass the stock fuel filter housing we only want mild 4-500 hp eventually but the fuel line that comes with the fass and then running into the stock fuel filter housing gonna be able to run enough fuel i am thinking the pump will flow fine until it gets resticted in the stock filter housing we need the heaters though so what do you guys think 3/8 or 1/2 and what draw straw should we use the vulcan?

 

I have a 1/2" straw, 3/8" lines, and am running through the factory filter housing. I never have my pressure drop below 15PSI at the VP44 with the hammer down. I think you will be just fine.

 

Why do you need the heater? I took the whole stock ff housing off of my truck and have had no problems when it was -18 here.

 

so besides buying the pump and i am thinking the vulcan draw straw v what else do i need to purchase to make this work the best, as in do i need new nipple on the vp and what about the return line and the bajo's
