Default One Milestone Reached Yesterday

19 injectors, a turbo, and a torque converter were the only major parts so far.

Now I can start to re-bomb it. Woo-hoo!!

I only have 89,000 on the 02. Kinda nice livin in the same town as the office. It only had 28,000 when I bought back in june of 07.

19 injectors??? Wow you should be pretty good at changing them.

2nd time, I let the dealer do them. $4000 for 6 remand Bosch injectors, tubes, and a relief valve. Oh and a 12,000 mile warranty extended another 4,000 to get me to 100,000. Good thing, cause another went out after a few months.

Hey Wild Bill how did you end up with 19 injectors were they bad or were you just trying new/different mods?

It probably wasn't 19, but I changed em all so I wouldn't do the one at a time bit. They were just going bad.

And here I thought that I had the worst of bad luck at a dozen injectors for the same mileage (on my '05). Almost makes me feel good!

I had a 97 power stroke that went threw 32 injectors in 17,000 miles. The truck was stock and the injectors were bad again when Ford lemmoned the truck and gave me a 99 7.3 traded that truck off with 80,000 miles and not 1 injector went bad.
My 06 Dodge has almost 85,000 miles and still has original injectors, which really surprises me.
