So it must be that time of the month for my truck...I have some new trend that just started. The over head disaply that shows MPG, and temp ect.. has decided to start saying "See Dealer Now" "Service Required", but no CEL...and Smarty says no stored codes, and when I clear it with the Smarty it goes away, but poped back up on a 300 mile trip??

Any idea? Is it some pre-programed stealership ****, like a oil change reset or somthing? Truck runs great and no CEL.....?

mine does that and i clear it like theres a code. marco is workin on it. the dang bell is what i dont like.

 

My truck says "service required" and i dont know how to get it off!! any clue its been like that since stock before my up grades

hook up your smarty and clear a code. i know there isnt one there but clear anyway. overhead should be ok after that for awhile.
