Im new to this site and was reading the posts here, i am currently in Iraq but i can try and explain part of the issue to you with out having my Owners manual, its all in there on these 2 problems posted, the code saying see dealership is probably to change your oil, mine always says that around the time to get it changed, the dealership normally deletes the code for me but they forgot it this last time i was home and i was reading in the owners manual and i deleted it myself, it is almost the same code as to delete your seatbelt alarm dinging, i cant remember the code for exact but it has to do with turning your key and pushing the gas then hitting your seatbelt release button. both deletions of code are in the manual. I have an 07 6.7 and the code is the same for the 5.9s also. I hope this helps out, let us know if you have other issues.

Thanks Karl

I had this come up on the overhead every 10 miles on a return trip from Az. Smarty was not any help. Took it to dealer and had to replace lift pump. Smarty on #1 setting still requires too much fuel for stock pump

Can you elaberate...I never got a stored code and the consensus sounds like a gremlin more than an issue...but im currious on the fuel rail possibility.

Thnx

my truck used to do it around 55psi to 65psi at a hard pull i talked to H&S they said it could just be the truck seeing the rail pressure dropping below the regular psi (26,000 psi i belive it is).....they also said that if it is always on it could just be the crankcase filter needs changed...do you have all of ur emissions equipment off?

Ya i ditched all the hippy junk..ok sounds good. I just worry. I hear some guys talking like the smarty tears their truck up..and some who run on sw7 an 9 all day. I think the 6.7 can be unique from truck to truck is what it sounds like...

Thanks for the info!
