My automatic hubs are bad on my 1992 F-250 and i want to replace them with a set of Warn lock outs. Have any of you done this and what all is involved with doing it?

You have to get the conversion kit, warn makes it. PN WAR 32721 at WARN Winches, ATV Winches, and Winch Accessories | Go Warn Winches
it's not to hard, just get all the parts before starting.

It says you only need that if you have 3 bolts on the hub and I have 5 bolts on mine.

i have warn lockers but they were installed along with a dana 60 on my 97 powerstroke they work for me

I have a 96 that I did it on, worked really good.

napa had everything that I needed, I beleive that it was 200.00.

I replaced the bearings as well.

Did you take that splined spacer out that is behing the snap ring?
