Safe to drive untill fixed??
I have an 02 2500 cummins.
I have detirmened that the transfer case is going out (clicks really bad when in 4x4), checked my u joints and that are fine. Noise is definently commong from my t-case. Thinking its eithor my shift fork or a bad bearing. It drives great in 2wd. I have to make a 4 hr drive to familys house for the holidays. Do you guys think I would be ok to drive untill after I get it fixed (going to do it myself)? I won't need 4x4.
