MUFFLER

COULD I JUST INSTALL THIS MUFFLER AND PASS INSPECTION WITHOUT A TAILPIPE?

It depends, some guys dont want to crawl under your truck to insert the probe and will tell you to put on a tailpipe or fail. Wouldn't a glass pack and a 90* elbow be cheaper anyhow?
