Where to get a motor?

Thinkin about doing a converstion on a old jeep truck sittin out at the farm... is the best place to find a 12v in a junkyard? Or where else could i find one?? :pc:

12V motors are easy to find. Usually Grainger, McMaster Carr, or any of your typical electrical or industrial supply houses.

I picked up a trucking book the other day and there was an ad in it for fully rebuilt 12V and 24V. Let me see if I can find it. They even warrantied the things.
