I am thrilled i will be installing my new southbend dual disk clutch in the morning. Ready to see what the smarty is like turned up without slipping the clutch.

MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL THE SPACER....I had a customer ruin a $1300.00 starter. I told him over and over again to install the spacer, he didnt belive me. The instructions hadnt been updated and didnt say anything about the spacer and he trusted southbend more than me He later called Peter and told him that I said "Dont install the spacer"

who knows....I know the last thing I remeber saying was..."It came with it, Use it...."
That was at about 10PM on a saturday night while going through the pizza hut drive through...He wanted to know If I had Peter's home number so he could call him

Is that spacer only for the southbend clutch's or is that only on the 6.7L's?

Love the clutch it is what i wanted cant slip it no matter how you try. Alot of cash but well worth it.

i just put a SB clutch in mine last weekend what is the spacer your talking about

Man i dont know what there talking about a spacer. guess there talking about the plate that goes on front of the flywheel with 8 holes in it i guess thats it.
