What the heck is that I've never heard of that one ?, Heath, Westers, Kennedy, SS Diesel, Hypertech yes have heard of those but no Ultimate Chip who makes that? And is that for OBD-I (chip) or a OBD-II (reflashed PCM)

I'm looking for either a used 1995 2500 2wd chip or a cheap performance chip. I want to change out the 5068 pump for the more common one. Anyone have a used chip or any ideas if this will work?
