Changing out my tranny and have run into a couple issues...1999 5.9l

Not sure if I'm missing a bracket or what?

I have another part that I'm not sure where it goes, it fell off while dissaembly...its a washer with a tab on the top and another on the bottom

does anyone have a pictures or pictures of the drivers side where the throttle cable attaches on the transmission side.

I need one a little to the right of this one I found
on this site
