Default Federal Mogul Parts

What is the general community consensus of Federal Mogul? I know that their ball joints are good but what about their other products such as tie rods, head gaskets, piston rings, and all the other neat things they make? Are they top quality or are there better manufacturers of the rest of their products such as the piston rings, tie rods, etc. Thanks for the input!

There are deffinaetly better things out there if you want to throw down the cash for it. FM has been around LONG time. In my opinion there parts are a good product for their price.

You get what you pay for.
Bought a bunch of FM U-Joints for my Jeep to replace all of them.
They were pretty cheap, are greaseable and they do their job. But I will kick them, as soon as I recognize there is something wrong. I wanted greaseable Spicer U-Joints, but they had to order them, so I took what they had.
