need help finding ipr on 1995 ford e 350 truck wont run

It is located on the lower back of the HPOP on the drivers side in the intake valley. Here is a link to removal instructions. http://www.dfuser.com/Install%20Guid...0Regulator.pdf

Default ipr location

Found and replaced IPR truck stilll will not start, checked oil level in hvop its fine, plled fuel line at left rear and has pressure, oil level is good has rotella t, did cam sensor w/ oem ford product still wont start, last time ir ran it was okay at idle but had no power to pull itself, no smoke but very loud any suggestions on what to check next would helpful thanks

The first place to start is with the high pressure oil system. Here are a couple of links that help in understanding the system. Trouble Shooter | Motor | Find Articles at BNET Diesel-Central.com the technical source for Diesel Truck information, Truck Pulling, and Drag Racing
On our truck I used a dive tank high pressure gauge to see what as happening on the oil side. The fitting in the head is 1/2 inch straight o-ring threads. The pressure should be about 500 at idle and from 1000 to 3000 depending on load and rpm.

how bad of job is hvop on ford van ipr was tough just very tight
