Full Load Ajusting Screw

I now when you yurn this srew you get more power and have to turn down the idling but what exactly happens when you turn this screw.

The more you turn the screw, the more fuel you feed the motor.

You will probably want a pyrometer to monitor exhaust temperatures. Sorry, I dont know the first thing about Isuzus
