Default how can i make a downpipe

I got an hx 35 turbo I think it's off a 94-98 cummins and i'm gonna put it on my 6.5 TD. So I need to make a downpipe. Where can i buy a flange thats the same size as the back of the turbo. The flange on the turbo measures 3 inches and the inside diameter is 2.5. I think I need a 2.5 inch vband. I was looking at some kits on ebay but I didn't think that the flanges were the same size so i'm kinda stuck. I could jus buy a cummins downpipe but i'm gonna have to cut it up to make it fit so I figured it would be cheaper to get some elbows and make my own 4 incher if i can find the right flanges.

Look around on ebay, there are usually guys selling just the flanges with a short piece hooked to them instead of the whole down pipe.
Or check classifieds and ask guys that are parting out whole trucks.
Stock down pipes should be pretty easy to come by.
Might check the local scrap yard too.

Poke around on Dynaflex Chrome Muffler Stacks | Chrome Stacks | Rubber Intake Elbows | Donaldson Mufflers

They have a lot of stuff available.
