what are some things i can do to get alittle more low end power.with out spending alot

Adding more fuel to the engine by way of upgrades... Shave the fuel plate, injectors, delivery valves etc.

 

and have a turbo that will light quick or ull just smoke alot till it lights

 

how many pounds are you booosting?

 

for better low end add a gov spring kit 3k or 4k ( the 4k pulls harder down low than the 3k) both pull harder than the stock springs and bump your timing. and for what its worth adding low end fuel will not always give you better low end.
