I was sitting around and just started to wonder which intake additive combos would work together, which ones would work against each other, and which ones would lead to catastrophic failure?

Say for instance, one was running a diesel and cng system. Could you also run a methanol system? Would you see any benefit from running both?

What about diesel, cng, and a performance shot of Nitrous for fun? Would the nitrous cause failure (actually lean out the fuel mixture to much)? What about this combo with methanol injected into it?

Here’s the reasoning for my questions. I’m about to invest in a CNG system for a Cummins. The CNG system will be used for everyday use and economy. I was thinking about adding a methanol system for use only for long haul loaded towing (if they even can be used together and add any benefit). The nitrous system would be for unloaded use (passing idiots, dyno fun, etc..).

Any thought?
