Default Cheap stack?

I may be getting a 1st gen Cummins soon and I will want to put a black 5" stack on it slash or straight cut. What is a cheap way to do it? I dont want to spend $500 on a kit. Would it be cheaper to go to a local exhaust shop?

All i would do since u want it black is source some scrap 5" and cut you own miter into it. A stick of 5" 10' long will not be cheap since the exhaust shop will have to order it out. Get creative, any big rig junk yards around? Welding shops? Any kind of factorys around? Good luck

welcome to the site
get a old stack off a semi and its easy to make a reducer 1/4" flat steel plate and cut a hole in the middle of it for the size pipe on the truck and cut it to fit inside the 5" stack and weld all up solid.
cheep and easy good luck
