Not sure which section to put this in since it covers several trucks, but I want to hook up a dodge 4500 mainshaft or 47rh to a passenger side drop 241. Right now I have a chevy mainshaft in the dodge trans and an adapter I had machined to bolt it up to a 90s mid body style change 1 ton 241c.

Has to be the cummins output shaft on the trans, has to be passenger drop. Thats pretty much what I'm stuck with. And I don't want the old 205 with the coupler.

Does anyone know if the input gear from a 241hd can be made to fit in a 241c case?
