Hey that post looks familiar

I'm running a No-Slip locker in mine

FYI that post is also on DieselTowingResource, Place was sold out to Auto Forums, so many of us 6.5 die-hards quit posting there, FYI this site was also formed following a AF sellout. Seems like more than a few folks don't subscribe to the AF way of doing things.

i'm not sure what i'm running...

but it is not a locker i beleive as there is no free-play and i can turn one wheel if i put power into it.... with one jacked up and the other on the ground....

jack both up and they will rotate in the same direction, put it in park and it will not rotate unless i put excess amount of power into turning that wheel....

So it's probably a LSD... wich is what i want for my setup i beleive..

If yours is stock look in the glove box check for RPO code G80 on that sticker , if it's not coded for G80 (limited slip) then you have an open differential, auto locker is much better than the G80

My truck is not OEM DRW

it's a 250 as you can see in my sig.

i beleive the Rear end came from a Ford or something, at least it doesn't look anything like a 14bolt GM nor the Dana 70 or 80....
