Code Won't Clear

I'm missing something i cant seem to clear my code on my 6.7 could you help

codes p1451 and p242f will not clear with any tuner or obdII scanner they are related to your catalyst full or diesel particulate filter full message and when those codes are thrown only the dealer can reflash your ecm to eliminate those codes

You have to complete a full regen and than try and clear them. This should work. Ive cleared them with my little mac tools code reader after i completed a regen
