I dont know what programmer to get, SCT or Spartan for my 08 6.4? Wanted to ask some others about them what do you guys think? I want mostly for mpg and smoke but i do not want to go nuts with power.

 

I just spent some coin on a Spartan w/ DashDaq, DPF/CAT delete pipe & MBRP dual exhaust & S&B intake.
The thing is a friggin monster! Throws smoke, goes fast, not sure on mileage but I'm fixin to go on a 500 mile one way empty trip & a 500 mile 10.5k lb loaded return this weekend so I'll report back to you on mileage Monday.

 

ive heard good things about both but dont no any specifics on em, id say you cant go wrong with either

 

I am looking at getting the Spartan package looks like most bang for the buck! And I do mean bang!

Just not sure how everything will hold up with all that extra power

 

i dont know, i just want something to shut off the regen and blow a little smoke, nothin to increase power to much, i could not afford to have anything break on the truck. I am leaning towards sct

 

SPARTAN IS BETTER, & FORD won't be able to tell your running a tuner, That is what I've been told by the SPARTAN owners !!!
