Guys, i have an '02 F250 with a stock 7.3 with 80k miles...i pull a 27ft v-nose trailer full of auto parts weighing around 4-5k lbs max for delivery every night, and am only getting 10-11 mpg...all i know about the engine is that it has a k&n cold air intake, tho i suspect it might have a larger turbo than stock, and it has 5" exhaust....i'm not a wealthy man, so can't afford all the bells n whistles that are available for this beast, but any ideas that a non-gearhead like me can do would be greatly appreciated
