Default White smoke after changing fuel filter housing

Had to change my fuel filter housing on my 97 7.3 liter powerstroke. Now it is blowing white smoke, idles rough, and there is a new knock in the engine. any thoughts

how long have you run it since changing the housing? Could there still be air in the fuel system?

Some of the injector lines must be air locked. Take it for a drive down the highway and see if it clears up.

Thanks to all! I have driven it about 30 miles so far and ran injector cleaner thru it, it is getting better. i was worried I had a clogged injector and might burn a piston
