Default 94 PSD won't start

I just bought a 94 F-250 to drive to work and back. I didn't plug it in last night, and got up this morn, with an outside temp of about 40*. Cycled the key 3 times, tried to start....nothing, white smoke. Cycled the key 5 more times, turned it over....nothing white smoke again. Just turns over and just wont fire off. Im fairly knowledgeable on PSD....But wanted to get someone elses opinion....Is this my glow plugs? Or simply just from not pluging it in? Thanks for any input.

Tanner

I would have the glow-plugs checked, cause my 1999 F-250 would start in 40 degree weather !!!

i think you should scan it because you have fuel and compression but some sensor is protecting your engine if you get the code send it i can help you

Test your GP relay, then test your glowplugs themselves. More than likely its one of those two. Possible ICP sensor. I have come across bad HPOP causing no cold start, usually that causes no hot start, but its possible for it to cause no cold start. also ether from the previous owner might be a culpret.
