I got an 02 7.3 , fuel pressure is 90 psi . I replaced the fuel pressure regulator twice, tried a new fuel pump, used a mechanical gauge to make sure my gauges were working correctly and they were, also pushed air through the line into the tank and no clog .... does anyone have any other ideas on what I can check or how to fix this

I replaced the fuel pressure regulator 2 times!!! Still high . I listed everything Ive tried in the post

 

I'll have to do more research
